- Installation – of standard devices and customized solutions at the customer site
- Training – in our training facility in Weimar, Germany or directly at the customer site
- Calibration – after delivery, upon request according to DAkkS-guidelines
- Maintenance – based on contracts, at regular intervals, according to international standards
- Support – from experienced engineers by phone and e-mail
- Repair – of your devices onsite or at our factory in Weimar, Germany
